CPA Licensed Financial Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller to lead the accounting function and ensure financial accuracy and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes in accordance with GAAP
• Oversee financial reporting and consolidation across multiple property and fund entities
• Maintain strong internal controls and coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive accounting or financial management experience
• Real estate or property management accounting experience required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience managing multi-entity accounting environments
