CPA Licensed Financial Controller

Job Summary

Seeking a CPA Licensed Financial Controller, the remote full-time position will manage financial operations, oversee billing and accounts receivable processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting while supporting strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process and prepare financial reports for executive review
• Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Support cash flow planning and monitor financial stability across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Financial Controller or similar role
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Experience in the digital media industry is a plus
