CPA Licensed Financial Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Business Director - Personal Lines Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team for performance management and analysis in the Personal Lines business
• Provide insights to leadership on performance drivers and necessary actions
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency and output quality

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in Property & Casualty insurance, preferably with Personal Lines experience
• Prior people leadership experience managing and developing team members
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, performance management, or related fields
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively to senior leadership
• Experience working across teams and influencing partners in a changing environment
