CPA Licensed Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic business operations, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Financial Operations Manager will oversee vendor relationship management and financial performance, ensuring budget discipline, accuracy in financial reporting, and optimal vendor outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Leads the preparation and management of the annual operating plan (AOP), monthly budget, and reforecast cycles
• Serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned vendors, ensuring compliance and performance monitoring
• Analyzes financial data to provide actionable insights and supports executive presentations with financial summaries and trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or FP&A roles supporting business operations
• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or operations management
• Proven experience presenting to executive leadership and managing RFP or sourcing processes preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
