CPA Licensed Financial Reporting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Financial Reporting & Consolidation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Manage the preparation of annual audited financial statements and oversee the consolidation process
• Coordinate management and external audit activities, providing technical accounting guidance as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license with in-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Minimum 10 years of progressive public accounting experience, including corporate reporting
• Experience managing financial statement audits and collaborating with external auditors
• Technical accounting expertise and experience with financial systems, preferably SAP
• Proven leadership and team development experience
