CPA Licensed Financial Reporting Manager

Job Summary

To support the preparation and filing of financial reports, the full-time CPA Licensed Financial Reporting Manager will ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and assist in technical accounting matters while working remotely from the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support the timely filing of multiple required financial reports, including drafting financial statements and disclosures
• Research and analyze technical accounting issues for complex transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP and prepare necessary accounting memoranda
• Support external audit activities and compliance initiatives, maintaining documentation for internal controls over financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of combined public accounting and/or industry experience with direct involvement in financial reporting processes
• CPA license
• Experience supporting external reporting, preferably with a Big Four or national public accounting firm
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP reporting requirements and experience with SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
