CPA Licensed Fractional Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fractional Tax Manager to oversee tax services for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
• Manage team workload, assignments, and communication with clients and internal teams
• Conduct active reviews of tax deliverables and mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting or finance/commerce
• Enrolled Agent/CPA license or MBA/MCOM
• Minimum 8-9 years of relevant US Corporate Tax experience
• Minimum 5 years of team and workflow management experience
• Extensive knowledge of US Corporate tax legislation
