CPA Licensed GAAP Consultant

Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day activities of U.S. GAAP compilations and reporting, the full-time GAAP Licensed Consultant will identify accounting issues, provide recommendations for business improvements, and supervise staff while delivering superior client service in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage U.S. GAAP compilations, reporting, and special projects for public sector clients
• Identify and resolve accounting and financial reporting issues based on professional guidelines
• Lead and mentor staff, providing guidance and evaluating performance on client engagements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's Degree or advanced degree preferred
• CPA license preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in providing attest services
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB Auditing Standards
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite and demonstrated abilities in client service and relationship building
