CPA Licensed Global Controller

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance
• Develop scalable financial systems and processes to support rapid growth and automation
• Partner with leadership on financial strategy, compliance, and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; active CPA license required
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5 years in senior leadership roles
• Experience in a late-stage private or publicly traded SaaS organization, with a focus on IPO preparation
• Deep expertise in US GAAP, particularly in revenue recognition and international consolidation
• Strong leadership presence and ability to collaborate cross-functionally at the executive level
