Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Senior Accountant to join their finance business partnering team in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership by providing strategic insights and facilitating executive-level meetings
• Conduct proactive analysis on business performance, identifying key margin drivers and leading ad-hoc projects
• Implement financial controls and drive improvements in reporting and analytics to enhance decision-making processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution
• 3-5 years of Real Estate Project Accounting experience with expertise in financial analysis and reporting
• Strong adaptability skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with advanced Excel skills for financial modeling
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload to meet client needs
