CPA Licensed Global Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Global Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the global tax function, including leading and mentoring the tax team
• Manage ASC 740 tax provision and global tax compliance across jurisdictions
• Advise on tax implications of new product launches and oversee due diligence on acquisitions

Required Qualifications

• CPA or JD; advanced degree in taxation is a plus
• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• 15+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in international tax
• Experience in a tech or healthcare company or large public accounting firm
• Ability to build processes and workflows for sustainable business scaling
