CPA Licensed Growth Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Controller to oversee financial operations for multiple hypergrowth companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement teams and mentor team members to maximize efficiency and professional growth
• Optimize P&L management and support client pipeline development while identifying upsell opportunities
• Drive client satisfaction by delivering timely, actionable financial insights and participating in strategic partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or CPA required
• 7+ years in accounting/finance with experience in the $10M-$100M revenue range
• Multi-client or consulting background strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch
• Experience with Series B and Series C companies
