Key Responsibilities

• Oversee engagement teams and mentor team members to maximize efficiency and professional growth
• Manage P&L, optimize business unit efficiency, and proactively identify issues for clients
• Drive client satisfaction by delivering actionable financial insights and participating in client conversion cycles

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or CPA required
• 7+ years in accounting/finance with experience in the $10M-$100M revenue range
• Multi-client or consulting background preferred
• Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch
• Experience with Series B and Series C companies
