CPA Licensed Head of Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Corporate Accounting and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the quarterly consolidated flux analysis and prepare board/reporting package slides for executive leadership
• Lead project management for the global annual audit, coordinating with international teams and external auditors
• Manage the global close timeline, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a rigorous Journal Entry review process

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA is a plus
• 8-12+ years of accounting experience, including a leadership role within a global, multi-entity environment
• Strong command of GAAP/IFRS, particularly regarding equity and consolidations
• Advanced experience with ERP systems and interest in AI/automation tools for finance
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
