CPA Licensed Insurance Tax Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time CPA Licensed Insurance Tax Manager will manage a team of insurance tax professionals, maintain and build client relationships, and oversee technical tax matters in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of insurance tax professionals while overseeing client relationships
• Assist in growing the practice and developing new client relationships to increase revenue
• Serve as a technical resource for insurance tax matters, including compliance and special projects

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Active CPA license required
• At least 8 years of experience in public accounting or a corporate/public blend setting
• Experience with Insurance and Corporation Taxation required
• Proven leadership skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects
