CPA Licensed Lead Accountant
Job Summary
To support GL operations and monthly close for a global organization, the hybrid Senior Accountant position will prepare and reconcile GL accounts, drive process improvements, and leverage AI for enhanced financial accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile GL accounts, including cash, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
- Code and reconcile credit card transactions, ensuring compliance and accurate GL postings
- Analyze GL data trends and provide financial insights to leadership
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of GL accounting and accounting operations experience
- Proficiency with accounting systems, particularly NetSuite and Floqast
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and solution creation
- Experience using AI tools for productivity enhancement
