CPA Licensed Lead Property Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Property Accountant to provide financial and operational management support for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial and operational management support for Procurement, Construction, and Improvement projects
• Offer Civil Engineering expertise on project status and backlog maintenance
• Support lease management and ensure compliance with Federal Appropriation Law and financial policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Federal Real Property and Financial Management
• BA or BS in Management, Engineering, or Business
• CPA certification
• CDFM or CGFM certification
• Public Trust security clearance required
