Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Tax Advisor to deliver high-quality tax advisory and preparation services while supervising a team of tax preparers.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for team members, ensuring consistency and accuracy in tax filings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high trust and satisfaction in tax advisory services
• Prepare, review, and finalize tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Active CPA license or EA designation required
• 3+ years of experience in tax advisory, including client-facing engagements
• Experience mentoring or supporting other tax professionals preferred
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
