- Monitor and communicate with Asset Managers regarding lease-related documentation
- Prepare and review Acceptance of Premise forms and manage lease uploads in Yardi
- Assist in updating tenant packages and managing leasing-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- CPA License required
- Latin honors (cum laude or higher) required
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
