Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and communicate with Asset Managers regarding lease-related documentation
  • Prepare and review Acceptance of Premise forms and manage lease uploads in Yardi
  • Assist in updating tenant packages and managing leasing-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • CPA License required
  • Latin honors (cum laude or higher) required
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
