CPA Licensed M&A Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an M&A Revenue Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with finance, operations, IT, and business leads to drive mergers and acquisitions from initial term sheet through integration
• Manage teams responsible for financial analysis, journal entries, and compliance with SOX regulations
• Analyze revenue recognition implications of acquisitions and guide the integration of new business models

Required Qualifications

• CPA or CA license
• 7+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in public accounting and private industry
• Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition and contract analysis
• Hands-on experience with accounting systems such as SAP or NetSuite
• Ability to manage a team and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
