Job Summary
Supporting the accounting processes for acquisitions and divestitures, the full-time remote CPA Licensed M&A Accounting Manager will manage deal accounting, coordinate execution of accounting work plans, and assist with acquisition integration reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Support the accounting and reporting processes for Carrier acquisitions and divestitures
- Assist in drafting accounting work plans and coordinate their execution during divestitures or joint venture reorganizations
- Perform technical accounting analysis and support annual goodwill and intangibles impairment testing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- 3+ years of experience handling M&A activities (acquisitions and divestitures)
