CPA Licensed OAS Controller

Job Summary

CPA Licensed OAS Controller, responsible for leading outsourced accounting and advisory engagements in the AEC industry on a full-time basis, while ensuring accurate financial reporting and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead outsourced accounting engagements for AEC clients, ensuring timely financial deliverables
• Supervise and mentor accounting team members to maintain productivity and quality
• Identify opportunities for service expansion within existing client relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including at or above the Senior Accountant level
• Experience within the AEC industry
• Proficiency with Deltek Vision and/or Deltek Vantagepoint
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements and deadlines
