CPA Licensed Onboarding Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time CPA Licensed Onboarding Senior Accountant will manage the onboarding of new clients, perform accounting clean-up, and ensure compliance with financial regulations in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding new clients by ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions
• Provide comprehensive accounting services, including management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Prepare month-end close workbooks and financial statements for multiple clients, including balance sheet reconciliations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of five years of general accounting experience
• CPA licensure preferred
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and experience with data management and web-based applications
• Experience in audit preparation and nonprofit accounting preferred
