CPA Licensed Operations Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Controller, Operations (Interim).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate reflection of revenue, costs, margins, and inventory in financial statements through performance analysis
• Oversee financial integrity of core operational cycles, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and inventory management
• Lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory teams, ensuring accountability and performance discipline

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, particularly in operational accounting within a manufacturing or inventory-intensive environment
• Direct experience in inventory valuation, cost accounting, and balance sheet controls
• Qualified CPA/CMA
• Ability to build structure and clarity in evolving environments
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or comparable ERP systems is a plus
