Job Summary
To support financial operations, the full-time hybrid CPA Licensed Reinsurance Accountant will manage financial reporting, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and analyze financial data while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Prepares and analyzes financial reports to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement
- Ensures compliance with accounting standards by implementing and monitoring internal controls and policies
- Manages financial risks related to investments and claims through assessment and mitigation strategies
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
- Experience with reinsurance accounting is preferred
