CPA Licensed Reporting Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Americas Reporting and Controls Accountant (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• Oversee corporate and regional fees processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Identify control weaknesses and suggest process improvements for financial accounting and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• CPA preferred; MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance/accounting within a manufacturing or public trade company
• Experience in external audit with Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firms preferred
• Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements
