CPA Licensed Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Accounting Manager to lead their financial reporting and technical accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements and reporting packages
• Research and interpret accounting standards, advising on complex transactions
• Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks to ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; master's degree is a plus
• CPA license (or equivalent certification)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting or audit experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
• Experience leading technical accounting projects and using ERP systems
