CPA Licensed Senior AI Trainer

Job Summary

Leveraging extensive accounting and audit expertise, the full-time Senior AI Trainer will create and refine training tasks for advanced AI systems, focusing on high-difficulty scenarios in financial reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Produce expert-level tasks and gold-standard solutions for financial reporting, controls, compliance, and assurance
• Review and calibrate peer work, ensuring quality and addressing any ambiguities in the evaluation rubric
• Manage day-to-day quality of training materials and escalate complex cases as needed

Required qualifications

• 8-15 years of accounting or audit experience at Manager-Director level in public accounting or as an industry Controller
• Regionally relevant qualification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA; CIA or CISA is advantageous
• Expert knowledge of US GAAP and complex accounting issues, including financial statements and internal controls
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; AI evaluation experience is preferred but not required
