CPA Licensed Senior Audit Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Audit Associate to manage and execute audit engagements remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and document audit fieldwork for complex engagements
• Perform substantive testing of financial statement line items and assess internal controls
• Serve as the primary contact for clients during engagements and support the training of junior staff

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in audit within public accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA licensure
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards (GAAS) and financial reporting frameworks (GAAP)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit tools like CaseWare or similar software
