CPA Licensed Senior Controller
Job Summary
To support a growing managed staffing services business, the remote CPA Licensed Senior Controller will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, ensuring financial stability and profitability while managing cash flow and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation and audits
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights for strategic decision-making
Required qualifications:
- CPA or CMA required
- 12+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a Controller or senior finance role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365
- Managerial experience is a must
