Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or a related field
• 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a global non-profit
• Active CPA license
• Experience in managing audits and financial reporting in complex, multi-entity environments
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and optimize financial systems for efficiency and accuracy
