Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of accounting functions and ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Oversee the financial close process and deliver accurate financial reporting
• Develop and maintain internal systems and financial controls while leading a team of accounting professionals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of experience in accounting
• 7+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical accounting background with a CPA required
• 4+ years of audit/assurance experience from a Big 4 public accounting firm preferred
• Experience in scaling accounting teams and processes to support business growth
