CPA Licensed Senior Manager, Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Consolidations and Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting and reporting of the company's lease portfolio
• Manage a team of accountants and analysts, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform operational reviews and assist with financial forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in accounting; Master's degree preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• 8+ years of related work experience, preferably in public company and Big 4 accounting environments
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and reporting requirements
• Experience with lease accounting software, preferably CoStar, and financial ERP systems, with Workday experience preferred
