CPA Licensed Senior Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to oversee and manage corporate clients' tax-related activities and ensure compliance with tax laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve corporate tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws
• Respond to client tax inquiries and assist with audits and M&A transactions
• Manage and develop a small team, setting expectations and providing coaching

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of corporate income tax experience
• 5+ years in multi-client public accounting
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax
• Licensed CPA and/or an Enrolled Agent (EA) required
