Job Summary

To support a growing Tax Solutions team, the fully remote CPA Licensed Senior Tax Manager will oversee complex tax engagements, provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, and mentor team members while collaborating with firm leadership to enhance client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive tax planning and strategic guidance
• Review complex tax returns and provide technical guidance to team members
• Mentor and develop tax professionals while fostering a collaborative team environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Active CPA or EA license
• 7+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong technical expertise in various taxation areas, including partnership and multi-state taxation
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and mentoring professional staff
