Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and provide strategic guidance to the leadership team
• Oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting, while collaborating with department heads
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• CPA designation (or similar) is required
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in an early-stage SaaS company
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a SaaS company
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams and influencing decision-making
