Job Summary
Working remotely on a part-time basis, the CPA Licensed Talent Alignment Manager will manage the scheduling of talent for client assignments, utilize scheduling tools for tracking and forecasting, and collaborate with engagement teams to ensure optimal staffing and resource allocation.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule talent to appropriate client assignments based on various factors including timing, travel, and skill levels
- Utilize scheduling tools to track utilization and monitor headcount, chargeable hours, and overtime
- Analyze resource data to identify trends and collaborate with leaders to align talent strategies with business needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Current and valid CPA or RMCP preferred
