CPA Licensed Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of tax services and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Build client relationships and provide technical guidance on income tax strategies
• Mentor and manage tax staff while collaborating with internal stakeholders to support tax needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, and/or equivalent work experience
• 12+ years of experience in a complex tax environment
• CPA license or JD required
• Master's degree in Taxation preferred but not required
• Experience with tech startup organizations preferred but not required
