CPA Licensed Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Washington National Tax Manager specializing in Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on federal partnership taxation
• Research technical issues and provide transaction advice to engagement teams
• Draft and review technical memoranda, opinions, and white papers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or Law (J.D.)
• CPA or JD required
• LL.M. in Taxation or Masters in Tax, or equivalent, strongly preferred
• Five (5)+ years of progressive U.S. federal tax experience with a focus on partnership taxation
• Prior experience in public accounting, legal practice, or government is preferred
