Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Associate to provide tax advice and resolve customer inquiries through a virtual platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients using video communication software to provide tax advice
• Apply defined practices and procedures to resolve customer inquiries
• Collaborate with experts and provide updates on assigned customers

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum 3 seasons of paid tax preparation experience with at least 30 returns per season
• Active PTIN required
• Must possess an active CPA or JD credential
• 3 or more years of experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
• Experience using commercial tax preparation software
