CPA Licensed Technical Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, supporting reporting to leadership
• Conduct technical accounting research and documentation for complex accounting matters
• Ensure effective controls around SEC reporting and assist in developing the internal control framework

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and corporate technical accounting roles
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and technical accounting standards
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in healthcare or technology industries is a plus but not required
