CPA Licensed Valuation Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Valuation and Advisory team, the full-time CPA Licensed Valuation Manager will manage client engagements, oversee valuations using standardized approaches, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine solutions for small to medium-sized business owners in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuations for various purposes, ensuring compliance with standards and refining operating efficiencies
• Engage in the review and presentation of valuation and optimization reports to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and client support processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
• Active CPA license is required
• One or more valuation credentials such as CVA, ABV, ASA, or CFA strongly preferred
• 3-8 years of business valuation or strategic accounting experience in a relevant setting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of relevant IRC sections and valuation standards
