CPA Licensed Valuation Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Valuation and Advisory team, the full-time CPA Licensed Valuation Manager will manage client engagements, refine valuation methodologies, and present findings to business owners and financial advisors, all while working in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and refine valuation processes, ensuring compliance with standards and optimizing data intake and analysis
• Engage with clients to review and present valuation and optimization reports, providing strategic guidance
• Contribute to product development and special projects to enhance the firm's offerings and partner network

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
• Active CPA license preferred; additional valuation credentials (CVA, ABV, ASA, CFA) strongly preferred
• 3-8 years of experience in business valuation or strategic business accounting, preferably in a public accounting or valuation firm
• Strong understanding of relevant IRC sections and familiarity with USPAP standards
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with PowerPoint fluency expected
