CPA Licensed Valuation Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Valuation Advisory Services Partner to lead its valuation services practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-value valuation engagements and develop a go-to-market strategy for middle-market and Alternative Investment sectors
• Manage financial performance and modernize delivery models while mentoring a team of over 35 professionals
• Collaborate with M&A Advisory, Tax, and Audit leaders to provide integrated client solutions and support fund-level valuations

Qualifications & Competencies

• 15+ years of experience in valuation services, with at least 5 years at the Director or Partner level
• Expertise in complex security modeling and discounted cash flow (DCF) methods
• CPA, ABV, ASA, or CFA charter holder required
• Proven track record of originating $2M+ in annual professional fees
• Ability to navigate a matrixed professional services environment with a collaborative mindset
