CPA Licensed VP of Finance

Job Summary

To support a rapidly scaling health and longevity brand, the fully remote CPA Licensed VP of Finance will own the financial operations, ensuring audit-ready closes and SEC compliance while actively shaping strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full accounting function and manage a fast, accurate monthly/quarterly close across multiple entities
• Serve as the technical authority on US GAAP, overseeing revenue recognition, inventory/COGS, and complex accounting areas
• Lead SEC filings and ensure full compliance with reporting requirements, including 10-Q and 10-K submissions

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
• Experience in finance/accounting leadership at a US public company
• Active CPA license
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting
• Background in consumer health and/or consumer wellness
