CPA M&A Tax Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an M&A Tax Senior Manager - Partnership Consulting & Modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management
• Model financial transactions for valuation, structuring, and negotiation
• Assist in tax risk analysis and advise on alternative tax strategies for business transactions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; or a graduate degree with 4 years of related experience
• 8+ years of experience in a mid to large size professional services firm
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or JD/LLM required
• Experience in tax due diligence, deal structuring, and international tax consulting
• Demonstrated project management and analytical skills
