CPA Manager, Client Accounting

Job Summary

To support a growing outsourced client accounting practice, the full-time Manager, Client Accounting will oversee accounting operations for multiple not-for-profit clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards while providing financial expertise and exceptional service in a cloud-based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and provide exceptional accounting and advisory services to clients
• Manage the production of financial reports and provide recommendations for business improvements
• Coach, train, and mentor staff on client service and accounting matters

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Public accounting or BPO firm experience required
• Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in professional accounting functions required
• Experience supporting not-for-profit clients is required
