Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, North America Controller, responsible for overseeing accounting operations and compliance in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10+ accounting professionals across multiple jurisdictions
• Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, payroll, and ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Engage with internal and external auditors to maintain an effective financial control environment

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced global accounting environment
• Leadership experience in managing a diverse team and developing key talent
• Proven track record in executing multi-jurisdiction reporting cycles in North America
• Strong knowledge of advanced accounting topics, particularly in manufacturing and technology
• CPA certification required
