CPA or CFA Licensed VP of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead and scale its finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer-facing financial operations, including invoicing and compliance
• Lead the monthly financial close process and maintain financial models for strategic decision-making
• Manage cash flow and vendor relationships, preparing annual budgets and financial reports

Required Qualifications

• CFA or CPA certification required
• MBA or management consulting experience preferred
• 10+ years in financial management, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
• Experience leading Series A or later-stage fundraising efforts
• Proven ability to manage complex financial models, AP/AR, and cash flow processes
