CPA or CFA Licensed VP of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance to lead and scale finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee customer-facing financial operations, including monthly invoicing and compliance
• Lead the monthly financial close process and maintain the financial model for strategic decision-making
• Produce cash flow reports and manage vendor relationships while preparing annual budget figures

Required Qualifications

• CFA or CPA certification is required
• MBA or management consulting experience (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, or Big Four)
• 10+ years in financial management or accounting, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment
• Proven experience in leading Series A fundraising efforts and managing complex financial models
• Ability to oversee AP/AR, financial close, and cash flow processes with multi-currency operations
